[apluslist] Random link problem

In all APLs I'd worked with [Sharp APL, APL*PLUS, APL2], quad-RL could
be referenced,
but, according to the reference manual, in A+ `rl cannot.
 
Since I've a program which does a random search and runs maybe a couple
of days before
it hits on something I'm looking for, I'd like to be able to get somehow
the value of `rl at that time
so that I could restart the search just from there on, and I don't have
to repeat the whole run
first...
 
Am I missing something or can't it really just not be done?
