[apluslist] A binary RPM

Inspired by Jochen Schmitt and his work on creating a source RPM, I built a
binary RPM to install A+ on Linux. Using this rpm, A+ is successfully
installed on my SuSE 8.2 and SuSE 9.2 boxes.

For anyone who is interested in trying/testing/modifying/etc it, I can
upload this rpm together with its spec file to some public FTP or HTTP
server, perhaps at aplusdev site if MS people can hear me now and they don't
mind.
