[apluslist] Source RPM for Fedora Linux

Hello,

becouse I have read, that some people on this list try to use aplus-fsf
on Fedora Core Linux, I have start to create a Source RPM for this
distribution.

I have uploaded the Source RPM and the SPEC file to:
