[apluslist] A+ 4.20 now in Debian unstable

Version 4.20 of A+ is now packaged and available in Debian unstable from any
of the mirrors (http://www.debian.org/mirror).  It is based on version 4.20-2
of A+ that was recently posted to the A+ website by John Mizel,
http://aplusdev.org/Download/index.html.  I worked with John Mizel to make it
compile under Gnu C++ version 4.0, which is the version of the compiler that
was used for the Debian package.  It should compile with any of the 3.x
versions of the compiler, too.  Enjoy.
