[apluslist] [Fwd: RE: A+ List] Access Problems

Mario has attempted to join the list and post, but has been unsuccessful. 
His posts haven't been getting through and when he tried joining a second 
time thinking the first join attempt failed he got a message telling him he 
was already a member.
