When it was released, it was just the interpreter, and the docs were supposed
to be updated.  I had also sent John some updates for the lisp files that are
in the Debian package, and I hoped they would be included, so the Debian
package would not have to be different from the upstream version.  I was going
to wait until there was a complete 4.20 release, docs, lisp and all, but that
doesn't seem to be happening.

John, what's the story?  Are there going to be any updates?
