[apluslist] Can't download OS X version

Hi Bob,

Well, you should select which of the 3 you want to install. They all 
refer to version 4.18 (pre-compiled binaries) and is really a matter of 
taste which one you download. I have used the OS X installer which 
looks pretty much like any other native OS X installer and worked fine. 
If you want to tune it to run on your Mac have a look at the 
documentation I wrote and that is available on the aplusdev site too.
