[aplusdev] A+ for Windows

Hi John,


Unfortunately the downloads page at http://www.vector.org.uk/aflat
does not have a link to also download the source code for Windows, 
just a note saying that the source is available from the main A+
site. Does the main source tree also include the Windows specific
changes?
