I never tried them on Linux. Yes, for some reason it doesn't show proper A+
font...

I build these docs with Adobe Distiller from MS Word docs. It told something
about "use of proprietary fonts", but I thought that people may get font
from web.
Now I see that for Linux it doesn't help.

I have MS Word documents for these stuff. Tell me if you want them.
