[aplusdev] A+ font in PDF version of manuals

[John.Mizel at morganstanley.com]

The pdf files were created and contributed to aplusdev.org from Alexander
Skomorokhov, Alexander Nakhabov, and Pavel Belousov. 

Currently, the documentation is available only in these two formats.
