[aplusdev] minor problem with A+ mailing list

Hi Sasha,

John can't do anything with the aplusdev mailing list because he is
just a subscriber like everyone else including myself. That distancing
was a requirement to have a list at all. The mailing list service is
provided by d13.com out of the goodness of their hearts and unless
there's some critical problem with it, I think it's probably best to
just let it run on autopilot.
