[aplusdev] Tree display class

Vladimir,

Unfortunately this currently isn't implemented for the A+ tree. The
methods, collapseSubTree() and expandSubTree(), do exist in
MSGUI/MSTreeVirew.H, so the underlying class does have this functionality
available. What is needed is to implement the associated attributes in
the s.+ and AplusTreeView.[CH].

I'll add this to the list of development items, but I'm not sure when it
will get done.

Thanks,
John
