I also found this link last summer. In August 2001 we had SIGAPL meeting in
NYC
and I told people about this. We agreed that fast growing of Linux gives APL
the
a chance of "reincarnation". And open source A+ is the great opportunity for
this.
We started SIGAPL project on pushing APL to Linux people. And writing an
article
on A+ for Linux was a point there. Well, Black September interrupt this
activity. But
now we at SIGAPL renew it.

I have interest in 'reading' such an article, does anyone here have
interest in writing such an article?

I am planning to write such  an article after I meet APL2002 conference
deadline.
