[aplusdev] slightly OT: xemacs 21.5.2 lacks lt function

In xemacs, I went to A+ Options and chose Workspace Size and 
tried to set it
to 10mb. What happened is that xemacs said

"Symbol function definition not found: lt"

Also, I can not find out what key corresponds to Meta... C-[ works
fine in a buffer in fundamental mode, but nothing works within the A+
buffer.


I created a new A+ session via F4. And then tried C-[ but it says
"C-[ not defined"

and then next I tried ESC but it did not register as a complex command.
Meaning that after typing ESC-r, it did not wait for more input and
hence there was not possibility to enter ESC-i
