[aplusdev] A+ version 4.18 release 7, gcc 2.95.3, 3.0.1

A+ 4.18 release 7 is available now at http://aplusdev.org/.  The C++
code has been ported to compile with recent versions of GCC C++.
Thanks to the MStk developers for figuring out how to do that.  With
current compilers come new ports.  IA64(linux), power2(AIX),
i386(NetBSD) and Z900/S390(linux), "the mainframe".  We're grateful to
people at IBM who helped with the AIX port and whose work carried us
over bumps on some other platforms.

The distributions at http://aplusdev.org/Download/index.html now
include "packages" for IRIX and Solaris.
