Hello Alex,

At this point I believe the problem with deal is with the "-5"
distribution and it doesn't appear in the "-6" distribution.  So...  I
think the quickest workaround is to install "-6".

Either we'll try to figure out what's wrong with the older dist or
we'll lose it when we go to "-7".

By the way the segv seems to occur when the right argument is a muliple
of 8.

Also, once you get a segv error all bets are off as far as resuming
from the suspension.  One can't say what has been corrupted in memory
at that point.
