Except that, as far as I know, communication is not done through
XML-RPC, which isn't expressive enough and it's too verbose most of the
time, but via binary encoding of messages. And the authors admit that
the performance is nowhere near that of K's native GUI. At least, they
admitted that during development. Maybe there have been major
breakthroughs since then. I missed the conference...
