What kind of attitude is this? The Windows platform is a great platform for
development. And VB is not the only choice. As a developer I find Dyalog APL
a great language, with good integration to Windows, and I really don't see
why I should even consider VB for my projects. And as an APL developer I
would love to be able to spend some time playing around with A and learn
everything I can to add to my knowledge bag. I intend to help people prepare
a port of the core of A to Windows and I am already discussing with the
members of the BAA some of the details of the projects.

OS or language flame wars are not welcomed.
