Some, no doubt, are. I found that I only wanted on-line documentation until I
got it, which happened for the first time at Project MAC in 1965. Then I
realized that it was limited to `helping' rather than `learning' situations, for
me at least, and that it was only _rarely_ of any help even in situations
where I needed help. I do believe that, at least up to now, I can honestly say
that I have _never_ received any actual help from a Windows help facility. Of
course that just may speak to Microsoft's `competence' and `style' not to a deep
structure failure in the mechanisms. The singular exceptions to this rule in
my current experience are K's single page helps and J's dictionary, both of
which I refer to weekly, if not daily...
