[aplusdev] Mail list & Documentation questions

(1) Is the mail-list functioning? After a few days of traffic (1/30 - 2/1) I have
    seen no messages in better than a week. Is the server down, or is there just 
    nothing to say?

(2) Is there printable documentation anywhere? On-line documentation is all well
    and good, but I find it a lousy way to try to learn anything, much preferring
    a good old .PS file that I can render on some convenient paper.
