I just hit the print button.  Two pages were printed, but the second was
blank.  I guess I also don't have a problem with the low resolution
artifacts and the horizontally compressed aspect ratio.  I find the
characters in the key boxes large enough to be seen easily, even with 4
characters per box.

I am running Netscape 4.76 on KDE using lpr on Redhat 6.0 on a PC
clone.  I am printing using postscript to a network attached HP 2100TN.

The print options are:
    print to printer
    print command: lpr
    print first page first
    orientation: portrait
    paper size: letter

Hope this helps, but I'm guessing your mileage is varying.

I could FAX you my copy, then you could pretend the resolution was an
artifact of the FAX.   8^)
