Thanks, but that doesn't fit on one page when I print it.
How do you get it to print on one page?

Also, I find it somewhat unaesthetic both in resolution and layout.

Is my Postscript program keyboard layout (written about 10 years ago
based on earlier work by Keith Iverson) available, along with the
Postscript APL font?  APL Printing utilities?
